What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ depends on the specific product and shipping method (usually starting from a Full Container Load / FCL or specific metric tons for LCL). However, we are open to discussing smaller trial orders for first-time buyers to build long-term trust. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Which shipping terms (Incoterms) do you accept?
We primarily operate under FOB (Free On Board) terms. Shipment will be dispatched from Makassar Seaport (IDMAK). Other terms such as CFR & CIF are available upon request and can be arranged based on mutual agreement.
Do you provide product samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, complimentary product samples (500 g, 1 kg, and 2 kg) are available for quality assessment before placing a bulk order. Buyers are kindly requested to cover the courier and shipping expenses. The shipping cost may later be credited toward the first official bulk purchase upon successful cooperation.
What are your accepted payment terms?
To ensure mutual security, we accept the following payment methods:
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Typically 30%–50% Down Payment, with the remaining balance settled against the scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight.
